Contemporary Green Velvet Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen scene for SketchUp features a modular green velvet sofa and warm wood wall panelling. Centred around a low-profile, modular velvet sofa in a rich olive green, this interior scene balances soft textures with crisp architectural lines. The living area is defined by a large, organic-shaped dark timber coffee table resting on a patterned cream rug. Warm-toned wood panelling lines the feature wall, concealing doors and integrating seamlessly with the adjacent kitchen space. A marble-topped kitchen island provides a clean, bright contrast to the depth of the timber elements. Subtle details, including decorative ceramics and curated greenery, complete the cohesive, high-end residential aesthetic throughout the open-plan layout.

The download is a 273 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a complete base for residential interior visualisations. The file includes pre-positioned furniture, lighting, and material mappings, allowing for rapid integration into larger architectural projects. Users should verify that all texture paths are correctly linked upon opening. The model is structured with logical layering, enabling designers to toggle individual elements or adjust the lighting environment to suit specific project requirements without needing to rebuild the foundational geometry or material library.
