About this asset

Modern living room interior scene Revit family comprising low-profile modular seating and structural beams in Revit for spatial layout studies. The model captures a complete architectural vignette defined by textured grey perimeter walls, dark timber structural framing, and an angular sloped roof assembly. Within the sunken lounge zone, a grey upholstered sectional sofa configures an L-shaped seating footprint accented by deep red throw cushions. Opposite the sectional, a low matching seat and dark rectangular coffee table complete the conversational grouping. Large glazed openings frame outdoor perspectives, while overhead beams introduce volumetric variation, creating a distinct spatial enclave that balances geometric enclosure with outward views.

The download is a 440 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into Revit project environments to populate conceptual floor plans or test interior sightlines. Material assets can be adjusted via family type or instance parameters to coordinate wall finishes, timber stains, and fabric shaders with overarching project palettes. The low file footprint allows rapid placement in schematic models without inflating project file sizes or overburdening viewport regeneration during early design reviews.

Tailored for modern residential architecture, hillside villas, boutique lodge retreats, and hospitality chalets, this interior layout supports early-stage massing studies and design presentations. It works effectively alongside custom architectural millwork, floor-to-ceiling curtain walling, and bespoke fireplace elements. Architects and visualizers searching for residential living layouts, Revit lounge scenes, modular sofa arrangements, and conceptual space-planning vignettes will find this comprehensive asset straightforward to integrate across spatial design iterations.
