Modern Grey Fabric Sectional Living Room Scene

This modern living room 3ds Max scene features a large grey sectional sofa, marble-topped coffee table, and refined stone flooring. Defined by a sophisticated neutral palette, this interior scene centres on a sprawling L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric. The arrangement includes a low-profile coffee table with a polished stone surface and a dark timber base. Complementing the seating are two minimalist lounge chairs and a matching circular ottoman with metallic accents. The room is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with layered drapery and vertical timber slats that provide architectural rhythm. A high-gloss stone floor reflects the soft ambient light, while the ceiling features a recessed lighting design, creating a clean, cohesive, and tranquil atmosphere.

The download is a 184 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for rapid architectural visualisation, this 3ds Max scene allows users to immediately populate a project with a pre-configured, high-quality lounge environment. The geometry is organised into logical layers, enabling easy isolation of furniture components or lighting elements. Users can adjust the texture maps on the stone floors or fabric upholstery to match specific project requirements. The scene is set up for standard render engines, requiring only an updated HDRI or light map to integrate perfectly into a larger residential or hospitality project.
