About this asset

This minimalist cylindrical waste basket Revit family provides an essential floor-standing accessory for workplace and residential interior layouts. The model features a clean, unadorned cylindrical profile that gently tapers toward the flat base. A subtle rolled top rim defines the open-aperture lip, giving structural definition to the lightweight receptacle. Rendered in a muted neutral beige tone, the smooth exterior surfaces suit discreet placement beside workstations, beneath washroom counters, or tucked along corridor niches. Its compact proportions mirror standard commercial wastepaper containers, stripped of unnecessary hardware or mechanical pedals to maintain an unobtrusive footprint within technical BIM schemes and documentation sets.

The download is a 225 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as a lightweight Revit family (.rfa), this component loads effortlessly into project environments without bloating file sizes. Place the element directly onto floor levels or align it under millwork casework in plan views. Designers can adjust shading graphics or assign project-specific materials in the type properties to match corporate interior standards or facility management FF&E schedules.

Ideal for corporate offices, educational facilities, healthcare administration suites, and hospitality guest rooms, this accessory resolves essential floor plan detailing. Pair it alongside open-plan task desks, executive credenzas, printing stations, or restroom vanity units. Revit modelers commonly search for desk bin, office wastebasket, trash receptacle, and sanitary bin components when populating realistic interior elevations, facility equipment lists, and detail drawings.
