About this asset

Contemporary octagonal coffee table Revit family featuring a multifaceted clear glass top inset within an angular, sculptural chrome metal frame. Geometric lines define the coffee table, highlighted by an eight-sided planar surface with integrated glass glazing. A continuous perimeter border frames the top surface, broken by cantilevered gaps and crisp diagonal facets that transition seamlessly into the openwork metal undercarriage. Polished chrome or stainless-steel bar stock forms the base, twisting diagonally to create an origami-inspired folded silhouette. The transparent glass tabletop reveals the intricate geometry of the structural supports beneath, maintaining visual lightness across floor finishes while offering functional resting space for accessories and books.

The download is a 205 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

This Revit family loads directly into standard furniture schedules and floor plan layouts without complex hosting constraints. Users can place the component on reference levels, finish floor surfaces, or structural slabs within project interiors. Materials for both the reflective metal support framework and the glazed tabletop can be adjusted via type or instance properties in Revit's family editor, ensuring clean coordination for technical drawing views and interior visualization passes.

Designed for contemporary living room seating groups, high-end executive lounges, and hospitality reception areas, this centrepiece pairs cleanly with low-profile sectional sofas and upholstered armchairs. Interior designers and visualisers specifying an octagonal glass coffee table, geometric metal cocktail table, or sculptural lounge table can drop this family into residential apartments, modern hotel lobbies, and corporate breakout zones during schematic design and FF&E presentation stages.
