Grey Fabric Modern Lounge Set with Console Table

This modern lounge set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa, two matching armchairs, and a sculptural console table. This cohesive furniture arrangement consists of a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, all upholstered in a neutral grey fabric with dark wood framing. The seating is accented by decorative throw cushions featuring a monochromatic abstract pattern. Completing the set is a sculptural console table with a dark finish, showcasing a geometric base with integrated open shelving. The composition is balanced by a tall, slender vase containing a small potted plant, adding a touch of organic texture to the sleek, contemporary lines of the furniture group.

The download is an 18 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for efficient integration into 3ds Max scenes, with geometry organised by object type to facilitate material adjustments or customisation. Users can easily append this set into larger interior renders, adjusting the fabric textures or wood finishes via the material editor. The pivot points are set for standard placement on floor planes, and the geometry is optimised for clean lighting interaction, allowing for quick placement in residential or hospitality visualisations without significant poly-count overhead.

Ideal for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or high-end waiting areas, this set provides a balanced, ready-to-use furniture grouping. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, serving as a focal point for open-plan social spaces. Professionals searching for a complete seating solution will find this asset useful for staging architectural interiors, particularly in projects requiring a sophisticated, monochromatic aesthetic. The console table inclusion makes it suitable for entryways or as a behind-sofa feature in larger floor plans.
