About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a white freestanding slipper bathtub paired with a floor-mounted chrome faucet for elegant bathroom interiors. The bathtub exhibits a traditional slipper silhouette with a raised backrest, finished in a high-gloss white ceramic. Its base is subtly plinth-mounted, providing a stable and grounded aesthetic. Accompanying the tub is a slender, floor-mounted faucet assembly finished in polished chrome. This fixture includes a vertical riser, a traditional telephone-style hand shower, and dual cross-handle controls. The proportions are balanced, making it a focal point for master bathrooms that lean toward classic or transitional design languages. The clean lines of the tub shell contrast with the intricate, vintage-inspired details of the metal brassware.

The download is a 27.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is structured with separate objects for the tub and the plumbing fixture, allowing for easy placement and precise alignment with floor drains. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the plinth for accurate floor-level snapping. The chrome materials are designed to react well to environment maps; applying an HDRI or a V-Ray physical camera setup will help capture the realistic reflections on the metal finish and the glossy surface of the tub.

Ideal for high-end residential master suites and luxury hotel bathroom renovations, this bathtub adds a refined touch to traditional or neoclassical design schemes. It pairs well with marble floor tiles, wainscoting, and pedestal sinks. Professionals searching for a 'classic slipper tub' or 'freestanding bath with floor filler' will find this asset suitable for detailed interior visualisations. It is particularly effective in renders where the bathroom layout requires a central, sculptural element that bridges the gap between old-world charm and modern comfort.
