About this asset

Modern armless side chair Revit family featuring a dark rectilinear metal frame and a suspended woven fabric backrest panel for interior layouts. The chair features an architectural, clean-lined silhouette defined by a dark structural frame and a taut, rectangular backrest insert. Straight upright stiles support the suspended light beige panel, which provides subtle textural contrast against the deep charcoal or black members. Below, a flat, square seat rests on slender four-leg supports connected by low-profile bracing. The armless design keeps the footprint compact and visually light, while the precise planar geometry and contrasting material finishes provide a balanced aesthetic suitable for clean, understated contemporary interior schemes.

The download is a 266 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Supplied as a native Revit family (.rfa), this component loads directly into furniture and interior equipment categories. Standard plan and elevation graphics render clearly without excessive wireframe clutter in documentation sheets. Material parameters allow quick swapping of frame tones and backrest textures, accommodating custom upholstery or powder-coat finishes across design iterations.

Designed for flexible spatial planning, this armless seating element works seamlessly across residential dining rooms, cafe interiors, boutique hotel guest suites, and corporate breakout areas. Interior designers and BIM coordinators routinely schedule it alongside minimalist timber dining tables, bespoke cafe banquettes, or executive meeting set-ups during schematic design and FF&E documentation phases. Its compact footprint also suits communal study zones and library reading spaces.
