About this asset

This contemporary Pontoon Boat with Sauna is a Revit family featuring a timber-clad cabin and green-tinted hull for waterfront scenes. Designed for waterfront hospitality or leisure projects, this pontoon boat features a compact, vertical sauna structure topped with a curved, glazed roof. The cabin is clad in horizontal timber slats, providing a warm, natural aesthetic that contrasts with the functional metal railing and green-painted pontoon floats. The deck layout includes open seating areas at the bow, while the integrated sauna unit occupies the central portion of the vessel. Proportions are scaled for realistic placement within aquatic environments, capturing the unique hybrid nature of a mobile wellness facility on the water.

The download is a 3.5 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

To integrate this Revit family into a site plan, load the RFA file into your project and place it on a water surface or dock-adjacent topography. Use the rotation and move tools to align the boat with your pier or shoreline. Adjust visibility settings in your view templates to manage the level of detail for distant shots versus close-up renderings. If using for high-end visualization, consider applying custom PBR materials to the timber and metal surfaces to enhance the realism of the reflections.

This asset is suited for landscape architecture, luxury resort master-planning, and hospitality projects where waterfront amenities are key. It effectively populates marina designs, lakefront villas, or spa development visualizations. Professionals searching for aquatic entourage, recreational watercraft, or unique wellness-focused site elements will find this model useful for adding character to exterior environments. It pairs well with dock systems, shoreline vegetation, and other nautical equipment to create a cohesive, lived-in atmosphere for client presentations and site analysis documentation.
