Contemporary Beige Fabric Modular Sofa Lounge Set

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features a modular beige fabric sectional sofa, two matching armchairs, and a wooden bench. This modular seating arrangement is defined by its clean, linear aesthetic and warm, natural material palette. The primary component is a multi-section sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, accented with scatter cushions in varying tones of brown and charcoal. The framework is constructed from dark-stained timber, which extends to form integrated side tables at the ends of the sectional. The set also includes two armchairs with curved backrests and a low-profile bench, maintaining consistent proportions and structural detailing throughout the collection, making it ideal for creating cohesive, relaxed living environments.

The download is a 49.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and adjustment of the individual components within a scene. Users should check the material editor to ensure the fabric and wood shaders are correctly linked to the geometry. The modular nature of the sectional means it can be reconfigured or scaled to suit specific floor plans, while the high-quality geometry provides a solid base for applying custom lighting setups and environment maps to achieve realistic interior or exterior renders.
