About this asset

This modern folding glass door Revit family features a ten-panel glazed folding partition hosted within an exterior wall assembly. Designed as an expansive operable partition, the assembly features ten slender glazed door leaves arranged continuously within an exterior wall opening. Each vertical leaf features full-height insulated glazing held by crisp, dark brown finished perimeter extrusions, establishing a balanced horizontal rhythm across the opening. The system models top-hung head track framing, bottom sill guides, and minimal vertical stiles separating each panel. Proportioned for high-transparency thresholds, the architectural geometry reflects commercial-grade folding glass wall specifications with clear sightlines and clean structural detailing.

The download is a 440 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Professionals can load this native Revit family directly into project templates and host it within standard wall assemblies. Insert the component at designated structural grid openings, verify head height alignments in section views, and adjust material parameter assignments for both glazing and frame finishes to match project specifications and rendering standards across plans, elevations, and 3D perspectives.

Ideally suited for modern residential villas, luxury penthouses, resort pavilions, and hospitality venues, this multi-panel folding door connects interior living rooms, dining spaces, or hotel lounges with exterior pool decks and landscaped terraces. Architects routinely specify these glazed folding partitions for indoor-outdoor living concepts, restaurant patio enclosures, and open-plan transition zones requiring unobstructed panoramic views when closed.
