About this asset

This Leipoldtia Schultzei succulent set is a high-resolution 3D asset featuring detailed foliage and vibrant purple blooms. This 3D asset set comprises three variations of the Leipoldtia Schultzei succulent, showcasing its characteristic low, spreading growth habit. The model captures the plant's distinct, fleshy, finger-like leaves and thin, woody stems. Each variation includes clusters of bright, daisy-like purple flowers in different stages of bloom, integrated naturally among the foliage. The geometry is dense, accurately reflecting the intricate structure of the plant's succulent nature, while the texture mapping provides a realistic representation of the plant's surface and colouration. This collection offers a versatile range of growth forms for varied landscape applications.

The download is a 143 MB compressed archive with the model in BLEND, FBX and GLTF format holding 3 separate objects.

Professionals can integrate these models into their scenes as native assets, utilizing the provided PBR textures for realistic rendering. The files are organized for efficient placement, allowing for easy scaling and rotation to simulate natural variations in a garden or interior planter. In software like Blender, users should manage these assets through linked libraries or proxies to maintain scene performance given the high polygon density. Ensure proper mapping of the included textures to maintain the visual fidelity of the succulent's unique foliage and petals.

These succulents are ideal for arid or Mediterranean-style landscape designs, rock gardens, and interior xeriscaping projects. They integrate seamlessly into residential garden visualisations, terrace planters, or as decorative accents in modern sun-drenched living spaces. Architects and landscape designers often search for these assets when detailing low-maintenance planting schemes or adding botanical realism to exterior renders. They pair effectively with gravel, stone, or terracotta elements, providing a pop of colour against neutral, textured surfaces commonly found in contemporary outdoor design and sustainable, water-wise landscaping projects.
