About this asset

This female character in a black lace dress is a high-detail SketchUp model designed for architectural visualization scenes. The model represents a standing female figure dressed in a form-fitting, sleeveless black dress featuring delicate lace trim detail along the side slit. The character is depicted with dark hair featuring subtle highlights and is wearing black heeled sandals. Proportions are realistic, capturing a natural stance suitable for integration into diverse interior or exterior environments. The garment texture is defined, showing clean lines and a contemporary aesthetic. This asset provides a high level of visual fidelity, ideal for populating scenes that require professional-grade human entourage to establish scale and atmosphere.

The download is a 200 MB file containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should place the model on a dedicated 'entourage' or 'people' layer to allow for easy toggling during the design process. Given the file size, it is recommended to manage visibility using scenes or proxy objects if the model is used extensively across a large site plan. The model is scaled for standard architectural human height, ensuring immediate compatibility with existing project geometry.

This figure is best placed in luxury residential, high-end hotel lobby, or retail showroom visualisations where a polished, contemporary presence is required. It pairs effectively with modern furniture arrangements, luxury dining sets, or minimalist interior spaces to add life and human scale. Professionals typically search for this asset when creating final presentation renders or walkthroughs for client-facing projects, specifically looking for realistic human figures to populate lounge areas, event spaces, or sophisticated urban interiors.
