About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp reception desk scene features a dramatic stone-clad counter with natural wood accents in a lobby setting. The reception desk presents a bold, angular aesthetic, defined by a large, grey stone-clad front panel that cantilevers over a warm, natural wood base. The design balances heavy stone textures with the organic warmth of timber, creating a sophisticated focal point. The scene includes an adjacent lounge area, complete with a curved sofa, low coffee tables, and vertical timber wall slat cladding. Integrated LED lighting accents the rear wall panel, highlighting the clean, minimalist lines of the workspace.

The download is a 72.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy placement and modification of the desk and lounge elements. Users can manipulate the stone and wood textures via the material editor to match specific project finishes. The geometry is clean, ensuring smooth performance during scene navigation. Lighting setups and environmental assets are layered effectively, enabling designers to quickly adjust the scene's atmosphere or integrate custom branding elements onto the desk front and rear panels for client presentations.

This reception desk is ideal for professional office lobbies, boutique hotel foyers, and high-end retail showrooms.
