About this asset

This SketchUp model set includes a cow, a sleeping cat, and a dog on a cushion, providing realistic entourage for visualisations. The collection features three distinct animal figures rendered for architectural context. A standing cow is depicted with a black and white hide, captured in a grazing position. A second model shows a grey tabby cat curled up in a resting pose, while a third asset features a dog lying on a patterned fabric cushion. These models are designed to add life to static renderings, providing scale and a sense of habitation to both interior and exterior scenes. The textures for each animal are detailed, capturing natural markings and fur patterns.

The download is a 57.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models function as individual components. Professionals can import them into a project file and use standard scaling tools to adjust the size for specific site requirements. Placing these assets on a dedicated layer allows for easy management, enabling the user to toggle visibility during the design process. They are suitable for quick placement in residential or landscape views to provide immediate visual interest without complicating the primary geometry of the architectural model.

These animal assets are essential for adding character to residential projects, farmsteads, and rural landscape visualisations. They serve as effective entourage in exterior garden scenes, patio designs, or interior living spaces where a domestic touch is required. By incorporating these figures, designers can quickly populate a scene to convey scale and lifestyle, making them ideal for client presentations and competition entries. They pair well with exterior furniture, planting schemes, and domestic architectural settings, enhancing the overall narrative of the final rendering.
