About this asset

A set of four decorative glass brick wall panels for SketchUp featuring varied surface textures and a gradient colour palette. This collection comprises four distinct vertical wall panels, each composed of a grid of glass bricks. The designs showcase a variety of surface treatments, ranging from smooth, reflective finishes to textured, light-diffusing patterns. The colour palette transitions vertically through the panels, moving from clear or silver-toned glass at the top to rich, warm amber and deep brown hues at the base. Each assembly is set on a simple timber base, highlighting the modular potential for room dividers, feature walls, or backlit architectural accents within a contemporary interior scheme.

The download is a 76.5 MB compressed archive with the textures and a ready-made SketchUp (.skp) material library, so the maps arrive already assigned to materials you can drag onto your own geometry.

In SketchUp, these panels should be treated as high-detail components for visualisations. Users should import the model and apply appropriate glass material settings, including transparency, refraction, and reflection indices, to achieve a realistic finish. Given the complexity of the glass geometry, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage viewport performance. For rendering, consider using an HDRI environment to capture the interplay of light on the varied brick surfaces and to enhance the depth of the gradient colours.

These glass brick panels are well-suited for high-end residential, hospitality, and retail projects where light transmission and architectural texture are key. They function effectively as semi-transparent partitions in open-plan offices, feature cladding for boutique hotel lobbies, or decorative backdrops in luxury retail showrooms. Professionals seeking to define zones without sacrificing natural light will find these assets useful for creating sophisticated, layered interiors. They pair harmoniously with minimalist furniture, metallic accents, and natural timber finishes in modern design proposals.
