About this asset

Modern ceiling luminaire library provided as a SketchUp model set, featuring woven pendants, ceramic drops, and recessed downlights. Divided into four distinct lighting collections, this comprehensive set presents a versatile range of ceiling fixtures. One quadrant features ceramic and concrete bell pendants accented with banded colour dips and conical caps. The upper right includes tiered modernist drops, pill-shaped glass luminaires with wire cages, minimal cone lights, and hemispherical dome pendants. The lower left features natural woven rattan, bamboo, and wicker shades in lantern, bell, and saucer forms with visible woven ribs. The bottom right comprises architectural lighting components, including square, rectangular, and cylindrical recessed can downlights, multi-lamp gimbals, and surface-mounted spotlight housings.

The download is a 69.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Each luminaire group is organized within SketchUp as separate components, allowing quick isolation, duplication, and positioning across reflected ceiling plans. Suspension cables can be adjusted along the vertical axis using native Push/Pull or Move tools to match project ceiling heights. Standard material slots simplify assigning emissive materials or ies lighting profiles when prepping models for rendering plugins.

Suitable for interior schemes spanning residential dining areas, hospitality lounges, cafes, and commercial office interiors. The woven shades integrate naturally into Japandi, coastal, or bohemian concepts, while the architectural spots and sleek pendants suit contemporary kitchens, reception desks, and retail visualisations. Specifiers can populate full lighting layouts, combining ambient decorative pendants over islands with technical downlights throughout general circulation zones.
