About this asset

Designed for grand vertical volumes, this luxury gold and glass spiral chandelier provides an illuminated cascading accent as a 3ds Max model. This architectural luminaire features a circular flush-mount ceiling canopy with concentric detailing rendered in a warm polished gold finish. Suspended beneath the metallic base plate, dense curtains of delicate faceted glass crystal strands drape downward in a continuous, stepped helical cascade. The staggered multi-tier spiral geometry creates a dramatic waterfall silhouette that tapers gracefully toward a single elongated terminal drop. Internal light refraction catches along the countless micro-beaded glass strands, creating shimmering transparency, specular highlights, and sophisticated textural depth suitable for high-ceiling architectural compositions.

The download is a 9.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Import the native MAX file directly into your master scene to anchor central vertical sightlines. The assembly functions as a grouped ceiling fixture with assigned material IDs for translucent glass refractions and polished metallic surfaces. Adjust the self-illumination or nest internal point or mesh lights within the core cavity to balance ambient illumination with accurate glass dispersion across your primary production rendering engine.

Ideally suited for double-height residential foyers, multi-storey staircases, open-well lobbies, and luxury hospitality banquet spaces, this luminaire acts as an eye-catching focal anchor. It pairs naturally with curved sculptural stairs, polished marble flooring, and double-height architectural glazing. Specifiers and 3D visualisers commonly search for spiral crystal chandelier, multi-tier waterfall pendant, luxury lobby lighting fixture, and cascading glass luminaire when detailing grand hospitality or high-end residential interiors.
