The combination of high-contrast black and white elements provides a clean, contemporary aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel interior designs.

The download is a 66.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for 3ds Max, with objects grouped logically to facilitate easy scene management. Users can import the entire assembly directly into a larger architectural project or extract individual components like the vanity or shower for use in custom bathroom layouts. Materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for adjustments to reflection and transparency settings on the glass and metal surfaces. Ensure that the scale is verified against your room dimensions upon insertion, and use light portals to properly illuminate the interior.
