Contemporary White Stone Freestanding Oval Bathtub

This contemporary freestanding oval bathtub is a SketchUp model featuring a textured stone finish and a minimalist aesthetic. This oval-shaped freestanding bathtub is defined by its organic, slightly tapered profile and matte stone surface. The exterior and interior surfaces exhibit a subtle, mottled grey and white texture, suggesting a natural stone or composite material composition. It includes a recessed overflow detail and a clean, rounded rim. A single white towel is draped over the edge, adding a sense of scale and realism to the form. The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation, focusing instead on the sculptural qualities of the vessel itself, making it a suitable anchor for modern bathroom layouts.

The download is a 10 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a single component, allowing for easy placement within a bathroom floor plan. Users can apply custom materials to the surface if a different stone or colour finish is required for specific render outputs. The geometry is clean, making it straightforward to align with floor drains or wall-mounted taps. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility, especially when toggling between high-detail views and lighter drafting representations during early design stages.

Ideally suited for high-end residential master bathrooms, boutique hotel suites, and spa interiors, this piece serves as a central feature in minimalist or contemporary design schemes. It pairs well with floor-mounted tub fillers or wall-mounted faucets and works effectively in projects where natural textures are prioritised. Professionals searching for a sculptural centerpiece for luxury bathroom renovations or hospitality design will find this asset fits seamlessly into modern, clean-lined architectural environments where a focus on materiality and form is essential.
