White Luxury Contemporary Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene

This luxury contemporary apartment interior scene for 3ds Max features an open-plan layout defined by gold metallic accents. Designed with a sophisticated, high-contrast palette, this apartment scene integrates a sleek modern kitchen with a compact living area. The space is anchored by light-toned wood flooring, which contrasts against high-gloss white cabinetry and dark grey kitchen units. Gold-finished stools and matching decorative elements provide a cohesive luxury aesthetic throughout the room. The layout includes integrated lighting tracks and a statement chandelier, creating a refined atmosphere. Every element, from the minimalist dining table and seating to the polished wall paneling, is meticulously arranged to demonstrate a high-end, contemporary residential design language.

The download is a 510 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilising this scene in 3ds Max requires a structured approach to asset management. Users should begin by verifying the layer hierarchy to distinguish between structural elements and furniture assets. The lighting setup, including the ceiling tracks and ambient fixtures, is pre-configured, allowing for quick adjustments to exposure and colour temperature. Materials are mapped for immediate rendering, but artists should check texture paths upon opening. Scaling and composition adjustments can be performed by grouping the primary furniture clusters to maintain spatial integrity during scene modification.
