Contemporary Off-White and Green Modular Living Room Set

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular off-white sofa, green tufted seating, and a coffee table. This comprehensive furniture set comprises a large, low-profile modular sectional sofa upholstered in off-white fabric, paired with two deep green tufted leather seating elements—a lounge chair and a large ottoman. A black, organic-shaped coffee table acts as the centrepiece, complemented by a small metallic side table. The arrangement is grounded by a textured neutral rug. The design prioritises clean lines and a mix of soft and structured textures, creating a balanced aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors. Each component is modelled with precise geometric proportions, reflecting a modern approach to lounge area layout.

The download is a 188 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual furniture pieces. Users can apply textures to the fabric and leather surfaces using the native material editor to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for standard interior dimensions, ensuring it sits correctly within floor plans. It is recommended to use the component outliner to manage visibility when integrating this set into larger architectural models, maintaining file performance while rendering.
