About this asset

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a monochromatic palette with a modular sofa, linear fireplace, and sleek lounge chair. The space is defined by a deep-grey feature wall housing a wide, integrated linear fireplace and a centrally mounted television. A large, low-profile white modular sofa occupies the primary seating area, paired with a geometric white coffee table. A black leather lounge chair provides a sharp contrast, anchored by a minimalist floor lamp. The ceiling is finished in a dark grey tone, complemented by recessed lighting tracks. Materials are clean and refined, utilizing fabric upholstery, smooth metal accents, and glass surfaces to maintain a cohesive, high-end contemporary aesthetic throughout the living area.

The download is a 60.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this scene into SketchUp projects by importing the file as a component or opening it directly to extract specific furniture assets. The model is structured with logical layering, allowing for easy isolation of the lighting elements, furniture pieces, or wall assemblies. Textures are pre-mapped for straightforward material adjustments, while the lighting setup provides a balanced base for further customisation with external render plugins to achieve photorealistic results in residential project visualisations.

Ideal for high-end residential projects, this scene serves as a foundation for interior design presentations, concept development, and architectural fly-throughs. It integrates seamlessly into modern apartment or luxury home designs where a sophisticated, monochromatic look is required. Professionals can utilise this setup for client pitches, renovation studies, or as a base for customising bespoke joinery and layouts. It pairs well with minimalist decor and architectural lighting schemes, fitting perfectly into the workflow of architects and interior designers focusing on contemporary living spaces.
