Modern Luxury Open-Plan Living Room and Kitchen Scene

This modern luxury open-plan living room and kitchen SketchUp scene features a marble-floored layout with a sectional sofa and divider. This comprehensive interior scene showcases a high-end open-plan living area and adjacent kitchen. The focal point is a expansive sectional leather sofa in soft grey, complemented by a low-profile black coffee table. A floor-to-ceiling metal and glass partition effectively zones the space, separating the lounge from the kitchen area. The walls are finished with large-format book-matched marble cladding, adding a sense of grandeur. Carefully selected lighting, including a contemporary circular chandelier, enhances the sophisticated atmosphere, while the integrated kitchen cabinetry maintains a clean, minimalist aesthetic throughout the entire floor plan.

The download is a 261 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational starting point for high-end residential visualisations. The file structure is organised to allow for easy manipulation of individual components, such as the furniture set or kitchen units, within the native environment. Users should ensure their graphics settings are configured to handle the high-detail textures and geometry. Applying custom lighting setups or swapping out materials for specific project requirements is straightforward due to the logical layering and component-based organisation of the model geometry.
