Modern Grey Fabric Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene in Brown

This modern open-plan apartment interior scene for 3ds Max features a low-profile charcoal sofa, integrated kitchen cabinetry, and exposed concrete ceilings. The space presents a contemporary, open-plan layout defined by a neutral, earth-toned palette. A substantial, low-profile modular sofa in charcoal fabric anchors the living area, accented with brown cushions. The adjacent kitchen features clean, handleless white units paired with vertical timber cladding that adds warmth to the scheme. An exposed concrete ceiling provides an industrial contrast, while linear lighting and minimalist pendant fixtures define the dining and kitchen zones. Full-height windows with integrated roller blinds and window-seat storage complete the functional, light-filled composition, creating a cohesive, high-end residential atmosphere.
