Modern Grey Fabric Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene

This modern open-plan apartment interior scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa, marble coffee table, and kitchen unit. This professional interior scene showcases a contemporary open-plan apartment layout, seamlessly integrating a living area with an adjacent kitchen. The focal point is a plush, button-tufted grey fabric sofa positioned atop a high-pile rug. A circular marble-topped coffee table with a bold geometric base anchors the seating arrangement. The kitchen features dark wood cabinetry, a sleek breakfast bar with integrated warm under-cabinet lighting, and dark stone surfaces. Herringbone-patterned timber flooring provides a cohesive foundation throughout, while sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains soften the natural light entering from the balcony, creating a balanced, sophisticated residential aesthetic.

The download is a 800 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilising this 3ds Max scene requires a standard workflow for architectural visualisation. Professionals should inspect the layer structure to manage furniture, lighting, and architectural elements independently. The scene is fully pre-lit with a combination of recessed ceiling spots, linear track lighting, and soft ambient light, allowing for immediate test renders. Users can easily adjust the exposure, fine-tune material maps on the cabinetry or upholstery, or swap individual assets to suit specific client requirements while maintaining the existing composition and scale.
