Wood Contemporary Black Timber 6-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for SketchUp features a minimalist black table paired with classic timber wishbone-style chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with a solid matte black finish and tapered slab-style legs, providing a clean, architectural silhouette. Accompanying the table are six wishbone-style chairs constructed from natural light-toned timber. Each chair features the iconic curved backrest and Y-shaped support, finished with a woven cord seat in a neutral off-white tone. The contrast between the dark, geometric table and the organic, curvilinear forms of the chairs creates a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The proportions are scaled for standard dining heights, offering a cohesive look for open-plan living areas.

The download is a 12.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and placement within your scene. The materials are applied to individual faces, facilitating quick colour or texture overrides using the native paint bucket tool. Users can adjust the arrangement by ungrouping the chairs to suit specific floor plan requirements. For rendering, ensure all face normals are oriented outwards to prevent shading artefacts, and consider applying a subtle bump map to the woven seat textures for added realism in close-up views.
