White Rattan and Wood Storage Bench with Cabinet

This contemporary white wood and rattan storage bench, modelled in 3ds Max, features an integrated cabinet and a slatted side seat. Combining functional storage with seating, this piece features a white-finished timber frame with natural rattan infill panels on the cabinet doors and drawer front. The unit includes a single drawer above two cabinet doors, paired with an adjacent bench seat section. The base and backrest of the bench are defined by rhythmic vertical timber slats, providing a light, airy aesthetic. A tall, narrow solid-door cabinet completes the composition on the right. The design is finished with simple black circular hardware and is presented with a decorative vase of bird-of-paradise flowers.

The download is a 19.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this asset is structured for efficient scene integration. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to the project units before placement. The rattan textures are mapped to provide realistic detail, and the cabinet components are organised into logical layers to facilitate material adjustments or customisation. Standard lighting setups, including HDRI environments, will effectively highlight the contrast between the matte white timber finish and the woven natural rattan textures, ensuring a polished result in final renders.

This versatile bench is ideal for residential entryways, hallways, or spacious bedrooms where both seating and storage are required. Its clean, contemporary profile pairs well with minimalist or transitional interiors. Professionals searching for functional furniture for mudrooms, foyers, or boutique retail settings will find this model suitable for various design stages, from conceptual planning to high-end interior visualisation. It complements spaces that prioritise natural textures and light, neutral colour palettes, effectively bridging the gap between decorative cabinetry and practical daily seating.
