Modern Grey and Orange Open-Plan Office Interior Scene

This modern open-plan office interior scene for SketchUp features a striking orange and grey colour palette with timber furniture. Defined by a bold contrast between charcoal grey walls and vibrant orange accent surfaces, this office layout integrates a mezzanine staircase and a functional workspace. The primary furniture includes a live-edge style timber dining table supported by a black metal frame, paired with light wooden chairs featuring upholstered seats. Floating wall shelves with integrated LED strip lighting display books and decor items. The floor is finished in a light, marble-effect material. A low-profile partition shelf separates the meeting area from the main workstations, which are equipped with ergonomic office chairs and desktop computers.

The download is a 73 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational reference for office design projects. The scene is structured with layers to manage geometry, lighting, and furniture components independently. Users can easily adjust the material mapping on the timber surfaces or swap out the seating elements to suit specific project requirements. Due to the pre-configured lighting and materials, this file serves as an effective starting point for developing high-quality visualisations, allowing for rapid iteration of layout adjustments and aesthetic refinements within the native environment.
