A dedicated lounge area incorporates a contemporary sofa and armchair upholstered in rich brown and grey fabrics, anchored by a marble-topped coffee table. Every element, from the minimal decor pieces to the structured storage units, is arranged to facilitate a functional yet aesthetically balanced executive environment.

The download is a 466 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational base for interior design visualisations. The scene is fully populated, allowing users to immediately adjust camera angles for desired perspectives or swap out specific material textures to match project-specific requirements. Components are logically organised to facilitate easy modification of the layout or lighting setups. When integrating this into larger models, users should check layer visibility and adjust the global illumination settings to ensure seamless blending with existing project lighting and architectural geometry.
