About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric L-shaped sofa set with a marble-topped coffee table is a SketchUp model for high-end lounge interiors. This L-shaped sectional sofa features a low-profile, modular design upholstered in a textured beige fabric. It includes a deep-seated chaise section and a series of matching scatter cushions for added comfort. Complementing the seating is a rectangular coffee table, which combines a warm, natural wood frame with a dark, veined marble top. The set rests on a circular, woven textile rug, creating a cohesive living room arrangement. The proportions are generous, aimed at providing a relaxed, lounge-focused aesthetic suitable for open-plan living areas or upscale residential suites.

The download is a 110 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this set is best managed using layers or tags to separate the sofa geometry from the coffee table and rug. Users should check the scale upon insertion to ensure it aligns with the project floor plan. The model geometry is organised to allow for easy repositioning of the individual sofa modules. Applying high-resolution textures to the fabric and marble surfaces will enhance the realism of final renderings, particularly when using global illumination settings for interior lighting.

Ideal for residential living room projects, this set works well in modern apartments or luxury hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs naturally with neutral interior palettes and can be used to anchor a seating arrangement in a design scheme. Professionals searching for modular lounge furniture, sectional seating, or complete living room vignettes will find this asset useful for both schematic design and final client presentations. It integrates effectively into scenes requiring a comfortable, contemporary feel and sophisticated material contrast.
