The download is a 558 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with V-Ray materials. Open it in 3ds Max with V-Ray installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this 3ds Max scene directly into their projects by merging the file into an existing master model or using it as a standalone reference for lighting and material workflows. The scene is structured with logical layer management, allowing for the easy isolation of furniture, lighting, or structural elements. Users should verify mapping coordinates upon insertion, particularly for the patterned floor tiles and detailed textures, to ensure consistent scaling and alignment with their specific project floor plan requirements.
