Contemporary Grey and Sage Velvet Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curated arrangement of velvet lounge chairs and a marble coffee table. This sophisticated living room interior showcases a refined material palette, balancing soft textures with hard stone surfaces. The composition centers on a low-profile sectional sofa featuring a houndstooth extension, paired with two rounded sage-green velvet armchairs. A sculptural coffee table with a white marble top and gold-accented base serves as the focal point, resting on a textured grey area rug. The backdrop includes classic wall panelling, a vertical timber screen, and a large abstract artwork, all illuminated by a minimalist chandelier and recessed lighting, creating a layered, high-end residential aesthetic.

The download is a 55 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate this SketchUp scene directly into larger architectural projects to provide immediate context for interior visualizations. The model is structured for efficient navigation, allowing users to toggle layers for furniture, lighting, and architectural elements. Materials are mapped with appropriate textures, making it straightforward to swap finishes or adjust parameters within the native interface. Users should check the model scale upon insertion and apply custom HDRI environment maps to achieve realistic light distribution across the reflective marble and velvet surfaces.
