About this asset

This modern TV wall unit for 3ds Max features a sleek combination of white panels, dark grey slatted textures, and open display shelving. This expansive media wall unit is defined by its clean, contemporary geometry and contrasting material palette. The central section comprises smooth white panels surrounding a recessed television area, flanked on one side by a vertical open-shelf bookcase in dark grey. The base features a continuous, low-profile bench with a vertical slatted finish in the same dark grey tone, creating a cohesive visual anchor. This unit provides a structured backdrop for living spaces, balancing enclosed media storage aesthetics with open display opportunities for books and decorative objects, all while maintaining a minimalist, uncluttered profile.

The download is a 19.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base or rear wall plane for efficient placement against interior partitions. Mapping for the slatted textures should be checked upon insertion to maintain correct orientation. Lighting setups in the native environment can be enhanced by placing hidden LED strips behind the main panel to accentuate the depth and shadow lines of the wall-mounted structure.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, this TV wall unit serves as a primary focal point in open-plan apartments or contemporary houses. It pairs effectively with minimalist furniture, large-format rugs, and curated lighting schemes. Architects and interior designers often specify such integrated systems during the fit-out stage to provide a custom-built appearance without the complexity of bespoke joinery.
