Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a modular grey fabric sofa, two distinct accent chairs, and a wooden coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement comprises a long, low-profile modular sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, accented by a variety of scatter cushions in solid and chevron patterns. The set includes two contrasting armchairs: one compact, fully upholstered chair with tapered wooden legs and a second, more open-backed lounge chair featuring a timber frame and slender profile. A central rectangular coffee table, finished in natural wood with a dark contrasting central support, completes the grouping. All pieces are presented on a geometric, monochromatic area rug, providing a cohesive aesthetic for modern interior schemes.

The download is a 31.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this set into a SketchUp scene, maintain the provided grouping by using the component structure to manage individual elements. Scale the entire assembly to suit specific floor plan requirements while ensuring consistent material mapping across the fabric and wood textures. Utilize the component axes for precise placement within your model, and consider separating the chairs or coffee table into individual components if you need to redistribute the furniture for alternative layout configurations within your architectural project.
