White Fabric Curtains and Timber Venetian Blind Set

This SketchUp set features two floor-length white fabric curtain panels and a timber venetian blind for minimalist window dressing. This collection includes three distinct window treatment components designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The set comprises two vertical curtain panels in a crisp, off-white fabric, featuring tight, uniform pleating that provides a structured, floor-to-ceiling drape. Accompanying these is a horizontal timber venetian blind with visible horizontal slats and a cord mechanism, finished in a natural wood tone. The proportions are balanced, making these elements suitable for various window heights. Each piece is modeled with attention to the drape and texture, offering a realistic representation of soft furnishings in a neutral interior scheme.

The download is a 7.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are best managed by placing them into a dedicated 'Window Treatments' layer to maintain scene organisation. Users can easily scale the height of the curtains and the width of the blind to fit specific window openings. Applying high-quality fabric textures or wood grain materials will enhance the visual output. For rendering, ensure the curtains are positioned slightly away from the wall geometry to prevent clipping, and use soft area lighting to accentuate the pleats and slat depths.
