The download is a 25.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max asset into a project, treat the desk and shelving as separate objects for flexible placement against walls. The model uses standard material slots, allowing for easy adjustment of the grey and black finishes to suit specific lighting conditions. Ensure the wall-mounted components are positioned at an ergonomic height relative to the floor plane. The chair can be placed independently, and the included accessories can be toggled or moved to customise the level of detail within the scene.

This workspace set is well-suited for modern residential projects, small apartments, or contemporary home offices where floor space is at a premium. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors and can be used in architectural visualisations for study areas or bedroom nooks. Professionals searching for a clean, floating office solution will find this set useful for staging professional yet comfortable environments. It integrates seamlessly into renders requiring a balanced, uncluttered aesthetic for remote working setups or student bedroom designs.
