About this asset

This classic tufted grey fabric bench for 3ds Max features deep button detailing and a dark wood base with an integrated lower shelf. The bench is defined by its plush, button-tufted upholstery in a neutral grey fabric, providing a tactile, traditional aesthetic. It sits upon a structured, dark-stained timber frame characterized by turned legs and a clean-lined lower shelf for additional storage or display. A decorative throw blanket with a geometric, multi-tonal pattern and fringed edges is draped over the top, adding a layer of visual softness. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for placement at the foot of a bed or within a formal entryway, combining decorative appeal with functional utility.

The download is a 6.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organized into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the bench frame, cushion, and blanket elements. Users can apply custom fabric textures to the upholstery and wood finishes to the base to suit specific interior schemes. The geometry is clean, facilitating efficient placement in scenes. Ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for accurate positioning, and utilize standard material editors to adjust reflections and bump mapping for the fabric tufting and wood grain.
