The download is a 38.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is best managed by utilizing tags to separate the furniture components from the decor elements, allowing for easier scene navigation. The model is organized as a collection of components; ensure the axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane when importing into your primary project file. Apply global material overrides if necessary to match specific interior design schemes, and use standard lighting proxies for the pendant fixtures to maintain efficient viewport performance when rendering the final scene.
