About this asset

This 3ds Max set features a compact blue contemporary desk paired with matching wall-mounted shelving and a leather-upholstered chair. This workstation configuration features a minimalist desk with a clean, slab-sided profile finished in a deep blue tone. Above the desk, a matching wall-mounted shelving unit provides integrated storage with varied compartment sizes for books and accessories. The set includes a coordinating chair with a curved backrest upholstered in brown leather, supported by slender metal legs. The desk surface is kept uncluttered, complemented by a small table lamp and stationery items. The assembly is designed for tight spatial efficiency, offering a cohesive aesthetic through uniform colour and simple, geometric lines.

The download is a 25.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, import the model as a single group or merge individual objects to maintain layer control. The desk, chair, and shelving are typically grouped for easy placement against a wall surface. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of the desk and chair for accurate positioning on the floor plane. Apply standard materials to the surfaces and adjust the lighting to highlight the matte finish of the furniture pieces.

Ideal for residential home offices, compact bedrooms, or small study nooks, this set provides a functional and stylish solution for limited square footage. It serves well in project visualisations requiring a modern, organised workspace. Designers can place this in student accommodation or small-apartment interiors to demonstrate efficient use of vertical space.
