About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a pair of rubber plants housed in minimalist metal stand planters for interior scenes. This set consists of two potted rubber plants, each featuring broad, deep green leaves with a realistic foliage structure. The plants are contained within cylindrical planters supported by slender, circular-based metal frames. One planter is finished in a crisp white, while the other features a muted grey tone, providing a balanced, modern aesthetic. The soil surface within the pots is detailed with a textured finish, enhancing the overall realism of the botanical assets. These plants are designed with consistent proportions, making them suitable for flanking doorways, windows, or corners in architectural visualizations.

The download is a 68.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate these assets into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your master project and ensure the pivot points are set at the base of the stands. Use the provided materials as a starting point, adjusting the leaf shaders to match your specific lighting environment. The objects are grouped, allowing for easy placement or individual modification. If required, use a simple scattering modifier to create variations in leaf orientation to avoid repetition in larger interior spaces.

These plants are ideal for adding life to residential living rooms, modern office lobbies, or boutique hotel reception areas. They pair well with minimalist interior styles and can be used to soften the transition between indoor floor finishes and full-height glazing. Search for these assets when looking to populate architectural renders with high-quality botanical decor that fits contemporary design briefs. They are particularly effective in stages where you need to introduce natural textures and greenery into neutral-toned, clean-lined project environments.
