About this asset

This contemporary modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a tufted leather configuration with an armchair and tables. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in rich brown leather, featuring a distinct tufted seat construction. The set includes a matching armchair finished in a monochrome check fabric, complemented by a dual-level circular coffee table and a large area rug with a textured, linear pattern. A sleek floor lamp with a spherical shade completes the composition. The sofa's deep seating and clean lines offer a structured yet comfortable aesthetic, while the varied material textures provide visual depth and sophistication to the overall ensemble.

The download is a 117 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp scene, utilise the component hierarchy to manage individual elements like the sofa modules or accessories separately. Adjust the material mapping to suit your specific project requirements, ensuring that the leather and fabric textures are correctly scaled within the native interface. The scene is organised to allow for easy placement into larger interior models; consider grouping the assets to maintain file cleanliness and performance when populating residential or hospitality interior renders.

Ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartment staging, or high-end hotel lobby visualisations, this set provides a cohesive look for modern interiors. Professionals should search for modular seating, tufted leather sofas, or contemporary living room compositions when looking to furnish open-plan spaces. The neutral yet warm colour palette pairs effectively with timber flooring or minimalist wall finishes. Use this model to quickly establish a focal point in architectural presentations where a sophisticated, fully furnished seating area is required for client approval.
