About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a vibrant green potted plant housed in a contemporary faceted concrete planter, ideal for interior rendering. The asset consists of a small, leafy shrub with dense, delicate foliage and a woody stem, contained within a sculptural concrete vessel. The planter displays a distinct geometric, faceted surface texture, finished in a neutral light grey tone that mimics raw aggregate. The plant's canopy is organic and irregular, providing a natural contrast to the sharp, angular lines of the pot. This combination of soft, organic greenery and hard, industrial-inspired masonry creates a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern interior design schemes where textural variety is required to soften architectural spaces.

The download is a 4.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the planter for easy placement on surfaces. The asset is provided as a single object, allowing for efficient scaling and rotation within your scene. Users should verify that the texture maps for the concrete and leaves are correctly linked in the material editor. For optimal results, consider adjusting the transparency or translucency maps on the foliage to enhance light interaction during rendering sessions.

This potted plant is a versatile addition to residential living rooms, modern office reception areas, or hotel lobbies. It functions effectively as a standalone accent or as part of a larger biophilic design cluster. Professionals often seek this type of asset to populate interior visualisations, placing them on side tables, reception desks, or floor corners to introduce life into a digital environment. It pairs seamlessly with minimalist or industrial furniture, bridging the gap between stark architectural elements and human-centric design.
