About this asset

This contemporary outdoor wedding banquet scene for SketchUp features a formal event layout with a decorative stage backdrop. This comprehensive event scene comprises a formal banquet arrangement set within an open landscape. The focal point is a multi-layered stage backdrop featuring white architectural frames, integrated signage panels, and dense floral arrangements in shades of green and white. The seating area includes circular tables draped in floor-length white linens, paired with matching modern white dining chairs. Additional decorative elements include elevated floral plinths, string lighting, and structured greenery that defines the perimeter of the event space. The geometry is clean and modular, designed for high-visibility event planning and architectural visualization.

The download is a 102 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy management of the stage elements, furniture, and landscaping. Users can insert the model as a component into larger site plans, scaling the group to match specific venue footprints. Lighting should be adjusted using standard environment settings to match the desired time of day, while textures on the table linens and backdrop panels can be swapped to suit specific event colour palettes or branding requirements.
