Oriental Dark Wood TV Cabinet with Slatted Doors

This oriental-style 3ds Max TV cabinet features dark wood construction with distinctive slatted door detailing and subtle brass hardware. This media console showcases a refined oriental aesthetic, characterised by its dark wood finish and linear, slatted door panels. The design incorporates four hinged doors, each featuring vertical slats that provide a sense of visual depth and texture. The frame is supported by a structured base, with slightly flared top edges that add a traditional architectural detail. The interior storage is concealed behind the slatted facade, punctuated by small, metallic pull handles. The overall silhouette is balanced and symmetrical, making it a sophisticated piece for living spaces requiring a blend of functionality and cultural character.

The download is a 2.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with clear layer separation, allowing for easy management of the cabinet and its decorative accessories. Users should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for accurate placement against walls or within media wall assemblies. The wood textures are mapped to provide realistic grain direction, which can be adjusted via the UVW map modifier if necessary. The model integrates seamlessly into scenes by maintaining consistent scale and material definitions within the native material editor.
