About this asset

This contemporary living room lounge scene for SketchUp features a beige fabric sofa, armchair, coffee table, and lighting fixtures. This curated furniture arrangement comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, paired with a matching timber-framed armchair. The central coffee table features a dual-tone finish with a lighter wood top and a darker open-shelf base. Complementing these pieces is a side table holding a minimalist table lamp and a multi-bulb chandelier with metallic arms and spherical glass shades. The arrangement is balanced, with clean lines and a soft, inviting colour palette that works well in modern residential interiors, providing a complete, cohesive look for architectural visualisations.

The download is a 24.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this scene into a SketchUp project, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organisation. Users can easily adjust the material mapping on the sofa fabric or timber frames to suit specific project palettes. Because these items are grouped, scaling the components individually or as a collective set is straightforward. Always check the model's orientation relative to your room's light sources to ensure the glass pendants and lamps cast shadows correctly within your final render.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene is well-suited for staging living rooms, open-plan apartments, or boutique hotel lobbies. Architects and designers can use these assets to quickly populate draft renders during the concept stage or to add detail to final presentations. The neutral aesthetic pairs effortlessly with timber flooring, area rugs, or wall panelling.
