About this asset

This 3ds Max TV cabinet features a sleek black lacquer finish and intricate lattice-patterned doors, offering a refined oriental aesthetic. The low-profile TV cabinet presents a balanced, elongated form finished in a high-gloss black lacquer. Its architectural design is defined by two sets of double-stacked drawers at either end, featuring small, circular brass-toned pulls. The central section houses two cabinet doors adorned with a geometric fretwork lattice, providing a subtle visual texture that contrasts with the smooth, reflective surface of the frame. The unit is elevated on short, sturdy feet, maintaining a clean, grounded silhouette suitable for contemporary interiors that incorporate traditional or indochine design elements.

The download is a 4.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a single object with logical grouping for easy placement. Users should check the pivot point at the base to ensure accurate snapping to floor planes. Given the reflective nature of the black lacquer, it is recommended to apply a high-quality HDRI environment map to the scene to properly capture the material highlights and depth. Adjust the glossiness and reflection parameters within the material editor to suit the specific lighting conditions of your interior render.
