About this asset

This industrial 3ds Max set features a slender black metal bar table paired with two tan leather stools, ideal for modern interiors. This high-top bar set consists of a rectangular console-style bar table and two matching stools. The table features a slim, powder-coated black metal frame with a clean, minimalist silhouette. The accompanying stools are designed with contoured, upholstered seats in a warm tan leather, supported by slender dark timber-finish legs reinforced with a metal footrest frame. The set provides a compact, functional arrangement suitable for casual dining or social spaces. The proportions are intentionally narrow, making it an efficient choice for tight floor plans where space is at a premium.

The download is a 9.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file and check the scale against your floor plan to ensure the counter height is appropriate for the intended area. Use the provided object layers to easily manage the table and stools separately. Apply your own high-resolution textures to the seat surfaces if custom weathering is required, and ensure the pivot points are set at the floor level for efficient placement and snapping within your architectural visualization environment.

This set is suited for residential kitchen nooks, urban studio apartments, or commercial hospitality projects like cafes and boutique bars. It pairs effectively with exposed brick walls, concrete flooring, or minimalist interior schemes. Professionals often search for this configuration when specifying furniture for breakfast areas or compact commercial breakout zones. It serves as a versatile element for creating social focal points in open-plan layouts, providing a sophisticated yet understated aesthetic that complements contemporary loft-style architecture or modern industrial design narratives.
