About this asset

This contemporary lounge scene for SketchUp features an olive green leather armchair, a matching ottoman, and a minimalist side table. Curated as a cohesive lounge arrangement, this set centers on a curved armchair upholstered in olive green leather with a distinct quilted finish on the exterior shell. It is accompanied by a compact, cylindrical ottoman supported by slim white legs and a geometric wire-frame side table. A table lamp with a simple drum shade and a monochromatic patterned accent cushion complete the grouping, all grounded by a dark, textured area rug. The proportions are balanced for residential or hospitality interiors, offering a sophisticated colour palette that blends muted earth tones with clean, modern lines.

The download is a 32.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Integrate this component into SketchUp projects by importing the file as a single nested group or exploded assembly depending on your layering strategy. Use the scale tool to adjust the set to your specific floor plan, ensuring the rug remains at the base level. Materials are mapped for standard viewport visibility; apply high-resolution textures or adjust the opacity of the glass and fabric layers to suit your preferred rendering engine's requirements for realistic light interaction and bump mapping.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern office breakout spaces, this lounge set provides a complete styling solution for interior visualisations. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and hardwood flooring, making it a versatile asset for architects and designers looking to populate floor plans quickly. Search for "lounge chair set," "contemporary seating arrangement," or "leather accent chair" when seeking furniture that bridges the gap between functional comfort and high-end aesthetic appeal in your architectural models.
