Off-White Fabric Curtains with Black Rod

This modern SketchUp model features a pair of off-white fabric curtains suspended from a minimalist black rod, ideal for interior visuals. These curtains feature a textured, off-white fabric with consistent vertical pleats that provide a soft, draped appearance. The panels are mounted on a simple, slender black rod, creating a clean contrast between the light textile and the dark hardware. Each panel hangs with uniform folding, suggesting a classic pinch-pleat or grommet-style header attachment. The composition is symmetrical, with two distinct panels pulled to the sides, suitable for framing windows or creating soft room partitions. The proportions are balanced, offering a neutral aesthetic that integrates easily into various contemporary interior styles without overwhelming the surrounding space.

The download is a 23.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this model into a SketchUp project, import the file and use the scale tool to adjust the width and height to match specific window dimensions. The fabric and rod components are typically grouped, allowing for easy repositioning or material overrides if a different textile finish is required. For high-quality visualisations, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility and use a high-resolution bump map on the fabric surfaces to enhance the perception of depth and textile grain.
